A beer league team that’s different
The Lumberjacks Organization was established in 2020 by a diverse group of guys who had one vision in mind: to create a beer league team that was different from all the others they had played on over the years.
The goal was simple. Create a drama-free team that could compete season after season while having a blast on and off the ice. Mission accomplished.
Our roster is a mix of lifelong players and those who are relatively new to the game. We all share a passion for competitive hockey and push each other to get better with each game.
The missing puzzle pieces
Drawing from our past experiences playing on other teams, we recognized what was missing. Those insights shaped the values of our program.
Chemistry
Guys who like playing together win together. We build lines and friendships that last beyond one season.
Leadership
Clear captains, clear expectations. Everyone knows their role and the room stays positive.
Commitment
We show up. Regular season games, exhibitions, and the practices in between.

It's beer league, but we still play to win. Every shift, every game, every season.
We have become much more than just a beer league team. We’re a recognizable program in the hockey community.
It’s no surprise to us that there’s a waiting list of players who want to join the team. Whether we’re hitting the ice at Hatfield for regular season games or skating in one of the many exhibition matches we set up, our fans and family all show up in support.
